上午好！很感谢何老师给我的这次机会，让我可以在这与各位前辈老师一起交流。我是09年参加工作的，就职于云溪中心校。大家一听学校名字就知道是一个不大的地方。上个年级是我第一次带毕业班，说实话，要说考试成绩，我自己都觉得有些惭愧，我的教学完全是凭着感觉走。与其说是经验交流，还不如说是我的一些教学心得，其中还包括我在教学当中遇到的很多困惑，今天借此机会提出来，请老师们多多指点。

从成绩上看，我们班的学生两级分化特别严重，这也可能是我们小地方学校的普遍的问题。我们班的毕业成绩除了几个看得还将就的同学，60分——80分的直接断层——一个都没有，很可悲。所以如果看平均分的话，这个成绩很不理想。我是从初二接的这个班，当时就可以看出两级分化的趋势，随着学习内容的增多，分化就更严重，到初三简直就感觉是，能学的在学，不能学的几乎就自暴自弃了。甚至连平时的作业都懒得做不愿教，对于这类的学生，开始我有耐心劝导他们，慢慢的我也就放弃了。最后就十多二十个交作业。俗话说：一个好老师不应该放弃任何一个学生，我没有做到，所以我还必须努力。不知道老师们是否有什么高招可以传授一二？

在教学方面，我没有什么经验，所以真的就是凭着自己的感觉走。成绩好的同学，一旦讲了什么内容，他们很快就能掌握，所以很多时候他们觉得老师就跟西游记里的唐僧差不多，只是我比他年轻些，还是个女的。而我又不能只顾他们少数人的感受，所以就一锅端——简单的，难得，我知道的，我查到的，我在培训当中学习到的与考试内容有关的，我都讲，看起来似乎没有重点，我就给他们说全都是重点，只有出题人才知道具体要考哪些，所以没有重点，能掌握多少就掌握多少！

另外上初三的课，我觉得既是一种挑战也是一种煎熬，为什么这么说呢？我们学校的学生一到初三变化就大了，学习态度也也大不如以前，原因就是差生太多，学习风气不佳，上课的时候总是感觉有些同学无所事事，不是摆龙门阵就是干其他的事，有些甚至把桌子敲得叮叮当当的响，人都是有忍耐限度的，老师也是人。刚开始的时候我很是不适应这样的课堂，他们的一举一动都影响着我上课的情绪，每要上他们的课之前我就觉得紧张，不知道能否“安全”度过？？说笑了，主要是怕自己忍不住犯错。后来慢慢的我找到一个缓解自己情绪的方法：时常想着爱学习的同学，想着他们的前途，想着他们看到老师上课的感受，想着上课爱玩的同学可能真的克制不住自己，他们听不懂也没办法。仔细思考一下，我意识到我的情绪受到各别学生的影响而没有把课上好，我可能会影响到更多的同学。所以当我情绪有些波动的时候我就提醒自己：为了那些对自己负责的同学，只要做到问心无愧即可。当我的注意力从差生转移到其他学生身上的时候，我发现心情的确好了不少，而且也能做到上课不被打扰，把自己的知识一一的展现在学生面前。

上自习的时候，我会偶尔抽一部分同学回忆一下平时常见单词的运用，短语的运用，句型的运用以及某些语法的运用。我们最缺少的练习就是听力和作文，就只有毕业前一个月训练了一下，我也不知考试结果如何，我也知道这样做不够妥当，不知各位老师有什么好的建议？

1、做好孩子的思想教育工作，帮助孩子制定科学有效的英语学习计划。有目标就会有行动。如果家长不介意，可以使用我传到群里面的作业家督表。

2、一定要做好孩子的课后作业检查工作。每天英语家庭作业主要包括预习课文，复习知识点，背诵课文和上课做的笔记。
